This is how I migrated our company from POP to IMAP.  As it turned out, Outlook 
was the best tool (at the time) to rid us of our dependency on Outlook :P

It worked, and it worked well.

Of course, back up your originals, and try a COPY instead of a MOVE, just to be 
safe :)
