[Dovecot] Managesieve Automatic Homedir Creation: File not Found Error

I think there's a good chance of this being fixed in a newer version. I'd try with v2.1 before spending more time on it. (Although I couldn't reproduce this with v2.0 + latest pigeonhole either.)
