[Dovecot] Some users cannot read mail: assertion failed

Hmm.. Ok, so the problem isn't with mails but with index files. You 
seem to be hitting some strange indexing problem. Deleting them would 
most likely help temporarily.

I don't think I'll spend time figuring out problems with 0.99.10 
indexing code anymore, you could disable them with :INDEX=MEMORY in 
default_mail_env, or maybe try 1.0-test29 which seems to be working 
quite well.
