[Dovecot] can't see IMAP folders - Fedora Core 2

Recently, I upgraded (switched) to Fedora Core 2. Previously, I was
running Fedora Core 1, with Cyrus-IMAP, and life was good. Now, I can
not see any of my folders. I suspect it is a simple dovecot.conf
configuration edit, but i'm not experienced enough with it to make the
correct edits.

I am using Postfix with Dovecot. My mail directory is;
/home/(user)/mail

snip from the conf file;

  You can also limit a width of string by giving the number of max.
characters
# after the '%' character. For example %1u gives the first character of
# username. Some examples:
#
#   maildir:/var/mail/%1u/%u/Maildir
#   mbox:~/mail/:INBOX=/var/mail/%u
#   mbox:/var/mail/%d/%n/:INDEX=/var/indexes/%d/%n
#
#default_mail_env =/home/%u/mail

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
