They should be both the same version. So try upgrading the dovecot- pigeonhole-plugin package.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I'm not sure why my doveconf said that, but I've checked again today and it's the same version:

2.4.1-4 (7d8c0e5759): /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf

Pigeonhole version 2.4.1-4 (0a86619f)

OS: Linux 6.12.31-0-lts x86_64

I still get the same error whenever I run any doveadm commands.

I've also tried removing sieve from protocols but I'm still having the same issues.
