Outlook 2010 not connecting to secure POP3

learn to post details and configs, to be honest i feel disturbed by all 
your technical nonsense not able to express what you are talking about 
over that many years on so many lists for so many software

"dovecot -n" output needed at least
"sslscan host:995" would also make sense
