[Dovecot] thunderbird and subscriptions with sieve

If you set lda_mailbox_autosubscribe to yes, it will subscribe folders 
created by Sieve automatically.

However, afaik Thunderbird will not notice the subscription at first. 
You need to reconnect for that to be noticed.
