[Dovecot] thunderbird and subscriptions with sieve

The only time I've seen thunderbird issue a LIST or LSUB command is on
startup, or when you open the "Subscribe..." dialog. I believe with the
IMAP protocol that is only way to find out about new and newly
subscribed folders (I'm not an IMAP guru though...), so with
thunderbird, that is by design.
