[Dovecot] Filter from Outlook fails after migration

The only thing I can think of is that the folder names somehow changed.
You preserved the INBOX. namespace prefix, right? Can you still look at
the names in Courier? You could check if there's a difference of what
Courier vs Dovecot replies to:

a LIST "" *

(the ordering of results isn't important)
