Hi 

I'm running 1.2.13 with sieve & managesieve; no problems whatsoever,
but the patching & compilation process is a PITA.

So I thought, why not try out 2.0rc4 for a change.

But: I don't find sieve & managesieve mentioned there - what do I
need to enable those?
