[Dovecot] Dovecot 1.1.3 / 1.1.4 - not deleteing

Not sure what happened here, but today, all of a sudden, pop3 emails are
not being deleted.  I was using the 1.1.3 version then upgraded to 1.1.4
now it no longer deletes emails.

Suggestions?
