[Dovecot] Dovecot refuses connections

How exactly did you try to start it?

Something has changed the permissions
of /usr/local64/var/run/dovecot/login directory. When this happens, see
what the directory permissions are.

> Killing and restarting dovecot seems to fix it.

Dovecot resets the permissions at startup.
