Not really. In general the plugins will use the exact same APIs as
Dovecot internally uses. lib-storage/mail-storage.h is the most
important API.

You can set Reply-To to the list for your messages in
http://dovecot.org/cgi-bin/mailman/options/dovecot

I can't remember who wants Ccs and who don't, so I always just hit
reply-to-all. And since I sometimes reply to messages weeks after the
post, I don't think most people would notice the reply if I only send it
to the list.
