[Dovecot] Chdir Permission Denied

Ok, a coworker made some kind of change with permissions earlier in the day 
and that apparently took us down. We had to chmod 777 the /home directory to 
get it back up and running. Sorry for the false alarm, not a Dovecot 
problem.
