[Dovecot] Converting huge mbox to Dovecot mbox + indexes

Thats good to hear ! It will also save you tiny amounts of disk space if you 
defer indexing ...
people who dont long in, or dont access all their folders wont need indexes.
I'm a dovecot "newbie" but I didnt have to do any conversions except convert 
some old "mbx" folders I had from UW ... I used the "mailutil" program from 
UW to convert from mbx to mbox
