Much to the lament of the both of us -- I downgraded to 0.99.14 with 
success and will stay here for the time being.
Once we get to a version >= 1.00 then I'll see about getting another 
server running.  But for now I was unable to find sufficient 
documentation on the change process or what I needed to do to get this 
resolved.

It's a stop gap fix.
