[Dovecot] Occasional errors opening email folder in SquirrelMail

You could enable Dovecot's rawlog to see what exactly Squirerlmail is
trying to send to Dovecot. See bottom of
http://dovecot.org/bugreport.html

This looks like the message numbers are missing after FETCH command.
That'd be Squirrelmail bug.

Don't know about this. If there's nothing in Dovecot's logs, only the
rawlog would show the problem.
