[Dovecot] Exempt mailboxes from indexing?

Not really, but what's the harm in doing that except wasting maybe 10kB
of disk space?

Or do you mean something else by "indexing", such as not listing those
files to clients at all as mailboxes? This perhaps should be
configurable, some day...
