[Dovecot] Performance problem with outlook & outlook express

Hi,
    Yes I use ssl/authentication(saslauthd).

     Just found the problem. It was the mcafee's mail 
scanner(anti-virus) on my desktop who scans every messages. That was 
creating this very long delay. I just turned it off and everthing went 
automatically right
