I found dc fields are different between them.
 - What is your LDAP server's root dn? 
 - Can you find natashia's entry by ldapsearch?
   (slapadd and slapcat doesn't mind which entry dn is match for 
   tree or not)
 - Can you find natashia's entry by ldapsearch?
