I don't think 1.0-stable should replace 0.99.x installations because it
lacks support for mail keywords. 1.0-tests will evolve into 1.0-alphas
within next few months and they'll start real stabilization. Then we can
hopefully finally get rid of 0.99.x.

Also the final v1.0 will have somewhat different configuration file
(we'll see that in a few weeks) than 1.0-stable so I'd rather wait for
that before everyone begins upgrading 0.99.x.
