[Dovecot] sieve-pipe Error

Apparently, the plugin is not installed in the correct location. Try 
supplying a --with-moduledir=/usr/lib/dovecot/modules .

After make install, the /usr/lib/dovecot/modules/sieve directory should 
contain lib90_sieve_pipe_plugin.so.
