[Dovecot] 'Book of IMAP' ?

Hi

I am needing a bit more detail on IMAP protocol and setup possibilities
(for an application in mind).

I note that 'The Book of IMAP' has recently been published in English
(May 08). It seems to be focused on Cyrus IMAP rather than Dovecot.

Does anyone on the list have the book? Is the book's treatment of Cyrus
IMAP much different from Dovecot?
