With focus on the installed version of sieve, shown above, the 
following rule is within our ~.dovecot.sieve:

The above rule is the seventh and last rule in the file, however the 
following mail is 'not being discarded'.  Should this not be the 
appropriate forum, please direct me to the proper list and/or forum.
