[Dovecot] quota: maildrop + dovecot. dovecot doesn't update maildirsize file

Hi Laurento,

I think you missed out mail_plugins = quota for the appropriate 
protocol(s)?

e.g.
protocol imap {
 	...
 	mail_plugins = quota
 	...
}
