[Dovecot] Dovecot statistics -- I hope this is a stupid question

Dovecot doesn't specifically keep track of that. You can grep log files,
but that's a bit slow. Another way which should work well enough is to
look at the timestamp of Dovecot's index files for the user's INBOX.
