[Dovecot] Login issue

Does this look right? I'm still not getting any e-mails from outside 
world. My latest .conf file is at http://www.kunduz.org/dovecot.conf.  
The last change I made was to out uncomment pop3_uidl_format as I was 
suggested yesterday.
