[Dovecot] POP retrieval, then reading, of mail does not udpate server status.

POP3 itself doesn't know/care about Seen-flag. Some servers set it when
POP3 client downloads the message, and some don't. Dovecot 0.99.x
doesn't touch the flag. 1.0-stable/test releases update it optionally.
