[Dovecot] dovecot and new mail notification for subfolders in Mail.app

That's my setup.  I just tried it, and it works for me.  However, I 
created the imap folder through mail.app and used a rule to route mail 
into it.  Presumably you are creating your imap folders remotely, and 
using procmail or something to route mail into them.  If that's the 
case, then my test isn't valid.
