Actually getting the file name wouldn't probably be all that useful
since if you're accessing it directly you'll need the code to find it
again if it's name is changed. So it's probably better just to use some
of the maildir-specific functions directly..

I think I got it: MAIL_FETCH_UIDL_FILE_NAME. :)
